November is likely to bring freezing temperatures, so winterizing is in order. Also, we are experiencing heavy winds and heavy rain already this fall. And this is the season for the high tides.
Two dead trees were removed at the Nichols Center after one had fallen across the walking path in the recent wind storm. Check your property for large trees that look a little peaked that could be ready for removal, and be extra careful in thick woods in high wind storms.
